Sound is vibrations that move through air, water, and solid. Therefore it can move through the human body due to the physical and energetic composition of the body. 

Owner of Growing Our Mindset Sarah has made it her mission to bring more alternative healing options to Fort Morgan, Wiggins, Brush and surrounding areas. Sound and Reiki healing pair well with earseeds for relief from various symptoms including pain, stress and anxiety.
