Jacques LeBlanc was born and raised in Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University where he received a bachelor of science in computer and electrical engineering. He decided to further his education by attending Louisiana State University Medical Center by completing the medical degree program. He married his wife while still in Louisiana and together they have three children. Jacques has made Fort Morgan Colorado home for the past 20 years. His true passion is assisting individuals to better understand their medical problems and how to create plans to reach their individual health goals in line with recommendations from their medical providers.
